GoGo Real Estate School Terms and Conditions

2. Ownership & Authorized Use of the Website
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Will not submit any content that is, in our sole opinion, unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Will not violate any third-party rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property)
- Will not use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Website
- Will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other user accounts, or other systems
- Will not engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our Services
- Will not remove or circumvent any security-related features of the Website
- Will not impersonate any other person, falsify contact information, or otherwise mislead others about the origin of information
3. Course Enrollment and Account Information
- You represent and warrant that all information submitted to GoGo Real Estate School is complete and accurate.
- A Social Security Number may be required by certain states as a real estate license number.
- Your username and password are for personal use only and must not be shared. You are responsible for any use or misuse of your username and password and any activity associated with your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at (800) 326-5989 or via email at service@Teaching724.com.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
4. Tuition and Payment Terms
- Payment Completion: Payment must be completed in full before you attend courses or access materials.
- Price Changes: Prices may change without prior notice.
- Non-Resell / Non-Transfer: Students may not resell or transfer their course access to any other individual. Violation may result in enrollment termination without a refund.
- Right to Modify Services: We may limit or discontinue specific courses, promotions, or services at our discretion.
5. Refund Policy
- Students may request a refund within three (3) days from the date of registration and payment.
- Material fees (including textbooks) are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
- Email service@Teaching724.com with the subject line "General Refund Request", attaching your purchase invoice.
- Call customer service at (800) 326-5989 to confirm your request.
- If a student takes the real estate or mortgage package and fails the California real estate/mortgage exam three times within one year of registration, they may apply for a partial refund.
- Charity discount packages are not eligible.
- Only applies to Real Estate/Mortgage License package set, not other courses.
- Refund does not include material fees.
- Provide the following documents:
- Official proof of exam failure
- Proof of payment for the state exam registration
- Purchase invoice
- Email the above to service@Teaching724.com with the subject line "Exam Failure Refund Request".
- Call (626) 363-0331 to confirm the request.
6. Course Attendance & Usage Restrictions
- Live classes are valid for six (6) months from the date of registration.
- If you wish to continue after six months, you must pay $100 for a six-month extension.
- Online course access is valid for six (6) months from your registration and payment date.
- After expiration, students must pay the full fee again to regain access.
- Students who fail to complete full payment will not be allowed to attend classes or access any school resources.
- Courses are strictly non-transferable and non-resalable. Violators will have their enrollment terminated without refund.
- If any unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, public emergencies, or regulatory changes) occur and the Real Estate/Mortgage License Live Class has already completed one full session (12 chapters), GoGo Real Estate School reserves the right to terminate the course at any time without refund.
7. Attendance and Classroom Conduct
- Students must attend classes on time.
- Absences must be reported in advance and follow the school’s policies.
- Repeated unexcused absences may result in enrollment termination.
- Students must respect instructors and peers and must not disrupt the class.
- Disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
- Recording, copying, or sharing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Violations may lead to legal consequences and/or termination of enrollment.
8. Legal Compliance and Responsibilities
- Students must comply with all applicable laws, including California state laws related to real estate licensing, as well as all GoGo Real Estate School policies.
- Any violation may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
- Students are fully responsible for their own actions.
- GoGo Real Estate School assumes no liability for any legal or financial issues caused by a student’s personal behavior.
- The school reserves the right to interpret course content, schedules, and teaching methods.
- Students may not dispute or challenge the school’s decisions on these matters.
9. Use of School Materials and Technology
- Students may use school-provided learning materials for personal use only.
- Copying, distributing, selling, or using these materials for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- User accounts on Teaching724.com are for personal use only and cannot be shared.
- Violators may be permanently banned without refund.
10. Termination of Enrollment & Dispute Resolution
- If a student violates these Terms or California laws, GoGo Real Estate School may immediately terminate their enrollment without a refund.
- If students have concerns regarding courses or policies, they must first follow the internal complaint procedures of GoGo Real Estate School.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through mediation or legal action.
- Any legal expenses arising from a student’s violation will be the student’s responsibility.
